Psalm 63:1-5 (KJV)
O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee,
my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;

To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.

Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness;
and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

אֱלֹהִים, אֵלִי אַתָּה

אֲשַׁחֲרֶךָּ
 a.sha.kha.re.ka
earnestly will I seek Thee

 צָמְאָה לְךָ נַפְשִׁי
tsam.a le.kha naf.shi
my soul thirsteth for Thee,

 כָּמַהּ לְךָ בְשָׂרִי
ka.ma le.kha ve.sa.ri

my flesh longeth for Thee,
 בְּאֶרֶץ-צִיָּה וְעָיֵף    בְּלִי-מָיִם 
be.e.rets-tsi.ya ve.a.yef be.li-ma.yim:
in a dry and weary land, where no water is

כֵּן, בַּקֹּדֶשׁ חֲזִיתִךָ
ken ba.ko.desh kha.zi.ti.kha
So have I looked for Thee in the sanctuary,

לִרְאוֹת עֻזְּךָ, וּכְבוֹדֶךָ
lir.ot uz.kha u.khe.vo.de.kha:
to see Thy power and Thy glory.

כִּי-טוֹב חַסְדְּךָ, מֵחַיִּים
ki-tov khas.de.kha me.kha.yim
For Thy lovingkindness is better than life;

שְׂפָתַי יְשַׁבְּחוּנְךָ
se.fa.tai ye.shab.khun.kha:
my lips shall praise Thee.

כֵּן אֲבָרֶכְךָ בְחַיָּי
ken a.va.rekh.kha ve.kha.yai
So will I bless Thee as long as I live;

בְּשִׁמְךָ, אֶשָּׂא כַפָּי
be.shim.kha e.sa kha.pai:
in Thy name will I lift up my hands.

כְּמוֹ חֵלֶב וָדֶשֶׁן תִּשְׂבַּע נַפְשִׁי
ke.mo khe.lev va.de.shen tis.ba naf.shi

וְשִׂפְתֵי רְנָנוֹת, יְהַלֶּל-פִּי

This album has been in the works since 2016. At that time, I had no idea that today the world would be seeing so much trouble. And yet we should not be surprised, for the Lord had already warned us. I pray these songs will help direct our eyes towards our great God, trusting and believing that He hears, He cares, and He will answer, for He is merciful and gracious, and that we are the apple of His eye. Our hope and our future is in Him, Praise His Holy Name!
